Everyone deserves a safe space to explore their story. In individual counseling, Dan works one-on-one with clients to address life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, this is your place to begin healing and rediscovery.
Healthy relationships take work—and sometimes, support. Couples counseling provides a calm, neutral space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and move forward together. Whether you're facing conflict, disconnection, or life changes, Dan helps couples strengthen their foundation and reconnect.
Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Group counseling offers connection, encouragement, and shared growth in a supportive setting. Groups will be developed based on client needs and focus on themes like anxiety, grief, or parenting. It's a space to find strength in community.
Depression can feel heavy and isolating—but there is hope. Dan provides evidence-based support to help individuals understand their symptoms, uncover root causes, and begin to heal. Together, you'll work toward renewed energy, purpose, and emotional well-being.
Anxiety often shows up as racing thoughts, restlessness, or fear that won’t go away. In therapy, Dan helps clients identify triggers, develop calming tools, and retrain patterns of anxious thinking. With time and support, life can feel less overwhelming—and more manageable.
Growing up isn’t easy, especially in today’s world. Dan offers a warm, down-to-earth approach to help children and teens work through emotional struggles, family conflict, school stress, and identity questions. Therapy is tailored to their age and stage—helping them feel heard, understood, and supported.
